Melony schedules Stamp Camp about every 6 weeks to teach different card making techniques. She assigns different themes for each class. Below are a few samples of themes she teaches. In each class, her students get to create eight different cards. She provides the basic supplies and her students puts it together. Melony loves these classes since she gets to hang out with the ladies and enjoy the camaraderie.
The collection of cards above are from Stamp Camp class last year.
Melony also teaches techniques on how to use regular household materials to achieve a look.
1. She stamped flowers on a dryer sheet for texture.
2. She used embossing powder to create texture and the faux metal.
3. She sanded the featured paper to create a satin look.
4. She used bleach as ink to stamp on the paper.
She can also teach you how to make candy boxes and ornaments, just in time for the holidays.
She can also teach you to use different embossing textures using Sizzix and the Big Shot, which she can help you try it and her CriCut before buying it.
One of her classes is using monochromatic technique to card making, like the cards below.
